What do I need to be able to work for Solution Providers?
You need a good to very good university degree (equivalent to a Masters or higher) and possibly two to three years practical experience.
Why should I work for Solution Providers once I have completed my studies? What makes Solution Providers special?
We are a very successful and fast growing company. With us you will have the opportunity to actively participate in both the future of the company and your own. Your contribution means a lot to us. We offer our employees excellent and systematic training. You will learn how to work professionally and methodically. Last but not least personal contact and company culture are decisive factors in whether you enjoy your work and can therefore perform well. In this regard Solution Providers is something special.
What will my first weeks at Solution Providers look like?
The first month is devoted exclusively to training. All new employees take our basic training course, the so-called “New Employee School”. During this time they are closely supervised by a mentor. Following this, the new employee already has the chance to make an active contribution on a client project where he or she is placed in a team of experienced colleagues.
How will I be trained and supervised at Solution Providers?
Once an employee has joined the company, he or she first completes a one-month basic training course. The aim of this is to acquaint new employees with our working methods and prepare them for their first client project.
In addition to project work where learning on the job is exercised, our employees are trained continuously. Each employee completes roughly 150 days of training on the way to becoming a partner. The emphasis is on sector knowledge, methods and project management, personal development as well as IT. The entire training programme is systematically structured and runs over a period of 7 years.
I don’t have much previous knowledge/experience in IT. Should I still apply for a position at Solution Providers?
Yes! We are not just looking for IT aces. Our projects are extremely interdisciplinary and stretch from strategic projects to implementation. However, you should be willing to learn about IT.
What types of degree are favoured by Solution Providers?
We are looking for economists, engineers, computer scientists in economics, computer scientists, physicists and mathematicians. However, we also welcome other fields of study.
How do I go about applying for a position at Solution Providers?
First send us your complete job application dossier – either by email or post. If you would rather speak to someone first, then please give us a call and ask to speak to the Human Resources assistant.
In a second step we will invite you for an interview. Generally speaking, you will then have the chance to speak to one or two of our employees. The interview usually lasts between one and two hours which gives both you and us a good idea of whether we fit together.
If both sides are interested, you will be invited to one or two further interviews. Solution Providers will then quickly make a decision on an employment.
