When we receive you dossier, our recruiting team will check that it is complete and conforms to our -> Employment criteria and contact you.
With university graduates without work experience, we generally carry out a telephone interview. The aim is to get to know you a little and to answer any open questions regarding a possible collaboration.
You will then be invited to two interviews at Solution Providers’ offices. These are conducted by consultants of differing seniority. The aim is to get to know you better and to be able to evaluate your conceptual skills.
The third interview is with a Partner from Solution Providers where open questions from previous interviews are clarified, analytical and social skills checked and contractual conditions fixed.
If we are convinced, you will receive your employment contract the very next day. We would be happy to be able to welcome you as a new colleague.
